Tallapalli Chakradhar Reddy filed complaint against Airindia on Jun 3, 2020
Dear Sir,
I have booked my flight tickets from frankfurt to Hyderabad with * extra checkin bags by paying extra *****rs for baggage on May *st. But due to corona flights has been cancelled. There is a special flight scheduled as a part of bring back stranded indians which I have been shortlisted and traveled to India on May **th from Frankfurt to Bengaluru. During the flight journey, Airindia already charged too much money from me for flight tickets (**** Euros for * persons) and they didnt allow me to take my extra baggage which I paid additional *****rs before. They asked me to check with Air india india contact and get refund. From then on how many times I send email or how many times I try to reach them no use, always giving the same system generated mail. They are really cheating people with out proper support. i need justice though I lost money in tickets, I didnt feel bad but I definitely need my extra baggage money. Please do helpful.
