On **th October **** I received my product of makeup brushes but i did not get the same product shown in picture and quantity of the brushes were incomplete so on the same day i request for exchange my product. After making a request of exchange i got a message that my product will be picked up by before ** oct **** but on the next day i.e on ** oct **** early in the morning i received a msg from meesho that my product will be picked up by today on **/oct/**** and meesho also shared the delivery agent number. After sometimes i got a call from the same number for pickup so trusting on msg i gave my prodyct to delivery agent. It was my first time that i have made exchange so i was not aware of pickup slip or any code. But on the same day i received a msg that my return for this order failed quality check and has been cancelled, I did not understand so i re enter my request for exchange because no other option were mentioned. Than again i got a msg that my product will be picked by **/oct/**** but i have already given my product for exchange so what will i return? I contacted meesho helpline number so they suggested me to cancel the request of exchange which i opt again as my product is already picked up but i have not got any msg or any pickup slip due to my unawareness. After that when i contacted the delivery agent he behaved so mean and talked nonsensly. I have proof of his calls and meesho msg that my product will be picked up by this agent.
