Pritam Kolekar filed complaint against Flipkart.com on Oct 18, 2020
On **th October **** I ordered(order ID: OD****************** and Ekart Tracking ID: FMPP**********) Samsung Galaxy A**s which was listed as Rs. *****/- for flipkart plus members by exchange of my old device i.e Samsung Galaxy J*-*(**** edition) at the exchange value of Rs ****/-(including pickup charge of Rs. ***/-).
On **th October **** I got message related to item Out for Delivery around **:**pm approx and delivery agent(wishmaster) arrived at around **:**pm, when he came he asked for pick-up item and I handover the exchange device, he was pretending like examining device he did all check like IMEI, Screen problem, D-shaped body, swelling of battery and bend on body, all checks were performed and passed then he was suddenly trying to capture picture of scratch on frame of device and told me this is bend/crack on device frame and the value will be reduced by Rs. ***/- for this(I am going to attach images for the same and you guys will get to know how much wrong policies are getting followed by flipkart through wishmasters.) by demandig me reduced amount in cash and was refusing to take it in the form of cashless transaction, I guess not to leave any evidence of fraud he was about to commit by charging the customer for wrong criteria applied on device while examining it and rather submitting it to flipkart to put it in his or the hub manager's own pocket, his daily earning are approximately Rs. ****/- per/day he mentioned earlier while delivering previous orders and how much he or his manager is snatching from customer in the name of flipkart is unbelievable and shocking as well. I don't know who is fraud?

*. Is it flipkart itself who is looting customers using their employees.
I want to find out and I hope you guys will definitely according to testimonials I see on your portal.
Also when I told him I will not pay a single rupee for the wrong interpretation of examination criteria of exchange device and will not accept this order then he called his manager and he rescheduled the delivery directly to **th October ****.
Is this fare behavior with old customers? as it is birthday gift and might loose moment if I loose it.
Note:- I mentioned total loss amount by adding amount I prepaid for purchased device with exchange value by which I will refuse to take delivery if wishmaster again charges me Rs. */- extra for my exchange device which will result in loss of Rs *****/- as a whole deal.
