I had a recent tour with Kesari (**th to **st May) for * persons.
The tour cost for this was already paid in full, however a week before the tour, I received a call from some Ms Deepa/Dipti mentioning that we have pay Rs. **,*** additonally due to cancellation of tickets by Kesari of GoAir. This was an upfront cancellation of the tickets by Kesari and not by GoAir.
Inorder to avoid the last minute cancellation of this tour, I paid addionally Rs.***** (**k per person)
This is an additonal cost which was paid by me. However, on asking for refund ofbthis amount they say that they will refund only after they get further refund from GoAir.
This is a pure case of cheating by kesari to travellers as they charged an excess over the ageed amount while booking the tour.
Once the tour is booked by the customer, it becomes the responsibility of Kesari to book the Airlines as per their choices. Putting this burden and responsibility on the final consumer is wrong !!!!!
The customer even after paying the entire tour amount as agreed is additonally burdened with this excess amount.
Kesari is not responding forbthe refund amounts
