We had booked three tickets with Kesari for our Europe travel scheduled in the month of June. Due to Covid condition we called off the tour and requested cancellation in our own wisdom.
With a lot of negotiations we came to a conclusion of getting refund from Kesari as all options had exhausted.
They charged us * lacs for three ticketsi and refunded as ****** roughly.
Since we cancelled as per their policy they charged **percent cancellation charges.
Now we got a msg that they are refunding full cost of ticket to all their tour guests.
Our reason of cancellation was purely Covid..
Pl guide..Are we eligible for a refund...pl help us
