The company officials at Chhatarpur MP charged a sum of Rs.*****/- on account of RTO Registration Fee but deposited only Rs.*****/- on **.**.****. Excess amount of Rs.****/- not refunded despite complaint made to their Customer care. The behaviour of the dealer officials is the worst .The company is charging excess amount of RTO Registration Fee from every buyer at Chhatarpur MP and making this fraudulent activity with its customers by making a financial loss and also doing window dressing in the account books of the company by maintaining fraudulent entries. This is a big scam I must be refunded a sum of Rs.****/- immediately by Tata Motors.
