Uber Cab - Excess amount charged

This is with regard to Uber auto rides in Bangalore, India and erroneously charged amount on certain occasions which is over and above the rates defined by RTA. I was charged INR ** for the rides <*.* km for which INR ** is defined by the RTA.
I have reached out to Uber support team on multiple occasions with no help. Why shouldn’t a recovery suit be filed against company and its KMPs to get erroneously charged amount with interest along with a complaint to RTA for contravention of the rules made by them?
