Simplilearn - Exam Voucher or Refund

I have enrolled and Paid Rs: **,***.**/- on **/**/**** for the Training and External Certification for 'ITIL * Managing Professional Transition" the Last day to complete the training and certification was September **th. Wherein I have completed the training and assessment on **th September but still the Simplilearn training team did not gave me the exam voucher. I have raised multiple support tickets (********, ********, ********, ********) and spoke to customer care executive but they could not help me in getting the exam voucher. Because of Simplilearn team I missed out my certification due date and could not write the external exam. Now I have noticed that the certification date is extended to October **st **** in PeopleCert site (External Certification body). The Simplilearn team is not giving my money back, there is no response to my calls and to the support tickets. Could you please help in recovering my money back so that I can go head and do the certification externally.
