I had an e voucher worth Rs **** of Westside. This Sunday i.e *th August I went to shop in westside and was using my E voucher for that. However due to some server issue the voucher was not getting redeemed. I went to another counter and check my voucher there it showed "Insufficient Balance", so I was not able to use my voucher. The Billing person told me that this is an server issue and will be resolved in ** hours. However till now the issue is not resolved and my voucher is not redeemed. The Billing Person Name was Subhash and Lakshmi. Branch - Infiniti Mall - Malad
