I purchased my ev scooter 'elma' **/**/**** from dealer krishna motors balotra, pin-******. in which okaya lithium ion battery is attached and warranty was given * years, but problem is arrising after * month uses, it discharge in half of its time, now I ask for service to dealer, he told okaya company will prove you service. I registered my complain , but it's a more than a month passed, there is nobody to repair or sevice my ev battery.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
