My evehicle okaya battery was not functioning well, it is not giving at least *km mileage also, I complained about battery charge but they didn't take any note of this. From the starting it is giving so much trouble. Because of this it troubled me a lot during my driving. Now they are not replacing my battery in warranty. I mailed okayacare also but till now no one contacted.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
