Sir,
I am having credit card of RBL bank and my outstanding amount is *****/-. Due to COVID** lockdown i have lost my job and didn't get salary from April **** onward. Now i am not in situation to pay outstanding amount to bank as i am only person in my home who is working. Bank's persons are giving calls with abusive language and force me to pay outstanding amount. They are calling to my ** years old mother who is high BP patient and these calls may be the reason for myself and my family for depression. Now i want to this forum to intervene the matter and i am ready to pay this outstanding amount by EMI for next ** months. Kindly help me to settle this matter with bank.
