I am having personal loan account no ABFLHYDPL********** with Aditya Birla. Before April ****, I have paid all my EMI but due to current situation of India I have opted for EMI deferment as per RBI guidelines. Now as per new RBI guidance EMI deferment will be extended till ** August. So I would like to opt this and request them to start EMI deduction from September again. I have also applied for the same through their website, calling customer care and sending SMS also. But despite my so many requests they have not answered me and only stated that they are noting my request and inform me. But suddenly on *th June they have triggered EMI and EMI got bounced. I have two points against Aditya Birla *. Why they are not following RBI guidance and not given me the EMI moratorium extension till ** August. *. They have to pay EMi bounce charges as per HDFC EMi bounce charges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
