After opting Moratorium of * months, I paid my EMI on *th of July, ** i.e today. I paid the EMI which is Rs. *** plus a previous penalty which was Rs ***, so in total it is Rs. ****. The auto debit was taking so much of time so I paid it manually through UPI. After an hour I checked my balance and there was a further deduction of Rs. *** which is obvious from the amount that this is my Money View EMI and it got deducted automatically. So I checked my account statement and yes it was auto deducted from Money view. Now that I want to get my thing resolved, I tried calling the customer care number, but there is no response on the call. Like there is not even a single sound after getting connected which shows how poor their support system is. So after that I mailed them. There is no response from them yet. And I want my refund. I am going through major financial crisis and in depression because of financial issue from past few weeks. I have lost my job becuase of this pendamic also. Even a single penny means a lot to me
