Krishnendu Bera filed complaint against Money view on May 9, 2023
I recently took loan through money view app and my last EMI was due on *th may (day before yesterday) and I have necessary funds in my account for auto debit however, auto debit didn't happen hence I paid the EMI on *th may (yesterday) by using payment option in Moneyview app. I received a message and email stating that my transaction is successful and it reflected in my account. After some time I got another message from my bank mentioning that my account got debited with my loan amount again. That means, I paid my EMI twice.
I tried reaching customer care, I've been calling them continuosly but there's no response to my calls or emails till now. I lost my money to these people. Please save me.
