Dear Sir/Mam
I had paid my Electricity Bill on ** April **** through bhim sbi Pay App, *** Rupees had been debited from my Axis bank account, and credit account is Coraza Technologies pvt ltd. but I checked my Electricity bill and Bill Amount is still showing due, I have locked the complaint through bhim sbi Pay app, but no any response for the complaint, many time I have sent mail ( companysecretary@tapzo.com, partnerships@tapzo.com, app.support@tapzo.com, support@tapzo.com, support.upi@sbi.co.in,
support@helpchat.in) but they are refund my amount Rs.***.
Please find the following details and also attached screen shot of sbi pay complaint.
