Dear Sir/Mam
I had paid rupees *** for idea number recharge on * September **** through bhim sbi Pay App, *** Rupees had been debited from my PNB bank account, and credit account is Coraza Technologies pvt ltd. but it did not successful and faild. Bhim sbi pay shows amount refunded but my PNB account did not creditd .I have locked the complaint through bhim sbi Pay app, but no any response for the complaint, many time I have sent mail ( companysecretary@tapzo.com, partnerships@tapzo.com, app.support@tapzo.com, support@tapzo.com, support.upi@sbi.co.in,
support@helpchat.in) but they did not gave response
