I have purchased package - Independent Reading and Expression from Vedantu Online on **th June.According to Vedantu policy we should be intimated with class scheduled within ** hours But unfortunately we have never notify with any details.After keep trying from our end several times through E-Mail and reaching out to customer care we have never received any positive response but always keep notify that we would be getting call back in few hours but we never received.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
