Flipkart. com - Duplicate products

I had ordered matrix haircare products from flipkart as an after care measure for my chemically straightened hairs but the products were packed from outside and open inside.i even matched the details with original products and it was total copy so used the products but it cause more damage to my hair.and the result my hair again curled plus more frizzy and dry.when I contacted matrix they informed their products are not available online or in retail.i contacted flipkart but the response was that they are seeing into it.it has not only damaged my hairs but brought down my moral too.cause after ** days of expensive treatment my hiars became more worse
