I bought brand new car tata tiago on dtd ** june **** from ashoka motors agra then on ** october i got sudden breakdown in my car due to low battery afterwards i called tata motors customer care and they have sent their mechanic at my place for check up. those car mechanic told me that car battery is not working properly need to go their place but they charged my battery through their battery & after * days i went to shree motors in agra then after regular check up of my car shree motors updated me that your battery is not functioning properly & need to change.they also said may be car dealer given you duplicate/old battery due to which got discharged and after some time they have given me letter for changing my battery then i went to exide authorized dealer for the same but they directly denied & said i did not get any call from tata motors. then i have called to shree motors & ashoka motors & told me whole incident they said we will look into it & At last i called to tata motors customer care for the same but i did not get any replacement & help from that side, only which i got fake assurance. day by day they are raising new complaint & closing previous complaint
