Airtel DTH balance issue. filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Apr 19, 2020
I had recharged my Airtel DTH with **** on **.**.** for * multi TV connection with total monthly package deduction of around *** . Today on **.**.** I am getting alert messages of low balance of **.** valid only for * days.
No amount of effort to contact Airtel support on app or customer care is if any help. There is no option either in the app or in the IVR. This is outright frustrating. Airtel is horrible.
