I booked an Uber cab today for my office from the Delhi Cantt area towards Netaji Subash Place, after the booking was confirmed I called the driver on the given uber number and asked him where he was? But instead of replying to my ques, he started shouting at me saying WHY DID YOU CALLED ME? I will reach on my own, and after that, I waited for the cab for **mins the driver didn't arrive and suddenly I received the message stating that your ride is cancelled and you need to pay Rs.**/- the cancellation fee, I am very shocked to see such stupid drivers catering people who don't have a sense of urgency, they are so unprofessional that they are not aware of their way of talking, UBER is simply worthless and useless
