I have been threatened by a cab driver on asking to turn on AC, he started to abuse me and kicked me out of the car, while ending the ride just after *** meters from my pick-up point ola showed bill of *** rupees, which driver asked me to pay, and I even paid.
After that I lodged complaint to ola customer care, they didn't take any action and tried manipulating my own words.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
