I booked a ola auto ride on */*/****,the driver called and spoke very rudely stating that i dont know how to book a ride from my location,after that i cancelled my ride with him,after that he immediately called me again for * times and spoke with me very rudely and stated that did i cursed at you and so on and tried to instigate a fight,i tried to complaint via ola app,but the app is showing error and not taking my complaint,i got cancellation fee of additional ** rupees.I have been travelling from cabs and autos from * years and this is worst experience,i felt threatned from drivef,there is no such thing called as consumer support from ola.this is rediculous what if i am in danger becoz of rider.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

On *st December, Order Cancelled by OLA Foods from Kolkata Kati rolls but money not refunded till now the app is showing its refunded but i didn't get money back.
