Today I booked an Uber Cab at * o'clock from my PG (in Chennai) to Chennai International airport which came around Rs *** only. The driver, named Senthil Kumar, messaged me on Uber app and asked me for Rs *** extra otherwise he won't come. I cancelled the booking and tried to find cab again. This time again same driver accepted my request. But this time he called me and he said 'You can not go to airport without me. So if you want to catch your flight you have to pay *** extra'. I told him that I have e-pass so everyone will allow me. But without extra *** he refused to go and I had to cancelled it again. I sent the screen shot of our conversation on Uber app to Uber Customer Support and asked them to take strict action against him. But they refused to do it.
