Medlife.com - Double payment taken by the delivery boy

On Saturday * March **** I received my medicine from medlife order ID OR****VQ-***A is of amount ****.** on delivery been paid through SBI debit card and cash. On first swipe, the error was shown and the transaction was cancelled so the delivery person did twice a time. Both time the same error was displayed so he asked me to pay in cash. I did so by withdrawing through ATM. After he went, SMS from the bank stated the transaction of thrice the time was successful. So in all four times, I have paid medlife for one order. Henceforth I visited bank regarding this issue they said: "the transaction is successfully credited to medlife so ask them for the refund".
I have done a four-time transaction for the order amount Rs. ****.**/- i.e * time by cash and * times by SBI Debit card. Out of the three card transaction * reverse transaction is done by the bank (transaction ID: OTHPOS************ & OTHPOS************) and one transaction is successfully credited to medlife (transaction id: OTHPOS************) which they need to refund me. ** hours are passed after complaining still refund not received. Till now I have not received the reply of my email or proper answer through phone calls from their side.
