I booked Uber on **-*-**** under compulsory Non cash - giving Paytm mode . A hold for Rs **** was created. I travelled by Uber on **-*-**** reached Airport but could not pay thru paytm since there is no any such tab /mechanisam to pay, Hence I had to pay in cash Rs ****/-. A Hold was lifted by Paytm on **-*-****.
Later Paytm paid Rs ***.* to Uber again on **th after * days . Hence UBER has been paid twice . I lodge the complaint on their Appln **+ times but they just say "Mssg received." But not refunding . It is almost * months now
