IDFC first bank - Don t get prepaid EASY BUY CARD FROM IDFC FINANCE

I've an existing loan fr my washing machine with this company which starts from *nd April'****. I took this consumer durable loan against my washing machine from UTTARPARA GREAT EASTERN. When i took the loan from Great Eastern their personnel told me to paid ***rs extra other than down payment for their EASY BUY CARD for cashless purchase at any time. They also told me that after * successful complition of emi my card will be generated automatically. But after * emi when i was asking fr my card they told me to contact with customer care and customer care told me on that time after * emi i'll get my card. But alas! Afer complition of *th emi i didn't get the card and again customer care told me that after complition of *emi i'll get my card. I also cleared my *th emi on September'**** but not get the card. Now in October i stopped the payment and then their personnel asked me fr the cash and now when i asked for the card their personnel Mr.Madhusudan very roughly told me that i don't get my card and from the customer care also told me that after ** days more i'll get my card but till then i'll completing my full loan and so that company wouldn't bother me on that time also. So , in this situation i need help frm consumer forum. *** rs is not a matter but i need justice so that other people like me will not suffer like this.
