Dominos India - Dominos Pizza not delivered

I ordered from Dominos Hyderabad Shaikpet branch via mobile app on *th October at *.** PM, the order(no.**) was not delivered and there is no way to reach out to Dominos, the toll free number they give is IVR and ends up with same response that some one will reach out to me, but no one reached out yet. There is no way to contact them.
