Subject: Final Escalation Unresolved Complaint (Dominos Ticket #*******)
Dear Dominos Grievance Officer / Customer Care Team,
I am extremely disappointed that even after repeated follow-ups, my complaint regarding Order #** (earlier Ticket #*******, now updated to Ticket #*******) has not been resolved.
Timeline of the issue:
Order placed at **:** on **-**-****.
At **:**, the app showed the rider still * minutes away, yet the order was wrongly marked as arrived to fulfill the **-minute guarantee.
The order was actually handed over only between **:****:**, clearly breaching the guarantee.
Despite raising this matter on **-**-****, I have received no meaningful response from Dominos, only one incomplete call and then complete silence.
Since Dominos has failed to address this issue, I have now escalated the matter by registering a formal complaint on Voxya Consumer Complaint Platform. My next step, if still unresolved, will be to approach the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and highlight this malpractice on social media and consumer forums.
This is my final request for:
*. Immediate refund of my order amount.
*. Written confirmation of corrective action.
Kindly resolve this within ** hours before I proceed further with consumer authorities.
