I have ordered Pizza through Dominos mobile website on **th June ****. The order was placed and I made a payment through credit card. Since the delivery took more than ** mins I called the customer care to inquire about the order. The customer care person told that the order was not placed and I will get the amount in few working days. I also received a message to my mobile number saying that I will get a call in ** hours to address the issue (Please refer the attachments).
I didn't get any callback and later I called back after a few days to check the refund status. The customer care executive transferred my call to the store and from the store, they have mentioned that I will get my refund in a few days.
Since I didn't get the refund I called the customer care again on **th June. The executive transferred my call to the store manager. The store manager picked the call and said that he is on leave and asked me to call the store and disconnected the call without hearing anything from me. I called the customer care again and explain the issue to the executive (Ms Kalavathi), she promised that I will get a call back in the afternoon, but I haven't received any call from them.
After a few days, I got a call from Dominos representative (Ms Payal) and said they will check again regarding this issue and revert. Almost it is close to * month but they still didn't resolve the issue. Every time they will send a mail saying that the issue will be resolved at the earliest but it is still not resolved.
Please refer the attachment I have attached the mail conversation, screenshot of order detail & payment.
