I have paid Rs.***/- to Lybrate app for consultation with Dr. Snigdhodip Saha online on **-**-**. But the doctor has not responded yet (till **.**pm, *-*-**). I have contacted Lybrate through online chatting, but they didn't respond. Relevant Screen shots are attached herewith. I want immediate refund of Rs.***/- with due explanation from Lybrate for their inaction.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
