Hello,
I have logged on Lybrate website for Doctor consultation of Dr. Yeshwanth Paidimarri for my mother . I made the payment of *** rs as directed by the site.I didn't get online consultation .I waited for * week for doctors response in order to set up video call.After * week,It is asking me to submit the feedback of Doctor.
This is the issue and I lost my amount.
I want explaination and penalty from the company regarding this issue.
