I have been complaining to them since the last one month regarding problems in Internet services . Still they have never taken any step to resolve it anyhow. They always try to divert the topics by asking to ping various IPs and then try to disconnect the call by saying we are looking up on this matter. Its been * years I am recharging every month and yet never been satisfied with the services. I have to call nearly *-* times a month to say that internet is not working properly. I am just fedup now
