I'm writting to complaint about a fraudulent transaction. On **.**.****, I made an UPI payment of Rs. ***** as advance for dubai trip to JS international who is an account holder of your bank and after they received money they switched off all phones and stopped responding to my messages. They switched off previous sim and now opened another number to fraud people which is **********. I have called them repeatedly on all their numbers but no response, not even once did they pick up the phone. I have raised a dispute with my HDFC bank as well, Complaint no.- mump**********.
