I would like to file a complaint for the false advertising by Medlife to encourage customers to book orders through them.
I ordered medicines against order no: OR****WKB-***A and was quoted an amount of Rs**** after Medlife discount and ICICI bank discount.
Today when I check the status of the order, it shows amount of Rs*** is pending. I called up your Call Center and was told the ICICI discount code was not recorded in the system. I was given the option to either
*. Make the Rs*** payment or
*. Cancel my order.
Both options are not acceptable as for no fault of my own, I am being forced to pay an additional amount or delay the delivery of the medicines.
Your Call Center, Priyanka Sonawale promised a call back from a supervisor within * hr to resolve the issue. I haven't received any call till date and the handling of this issue is unacceptable.
Kindly resolve the issue asap.
