- Disconnection of jiofiber connection service id after three weeks despite three months prepaid pl Closed
Jiofiber connection was installed on *.**.**** with three months prepaid plan. It remained out of order from **.**.**** to **.**.****. It was falsely reported two times that the complaint of disruption in internet connectivity had been resolved. Considering the unethical practices and failure of the company to provide the services, I sent a mail on **.**.**** to refund my amount with the compensation. I received a phone call on **.**.**** for disconnection of internet connection. I told the lady that my main point was to extend the validity of the pack for the period the internet remained out of order. But, instead of extending the period, the company terminated the internet connection on *.**.****. Thus, the company charged Rs.****/- without providing any service.
