Paytm Mall - Different Product Delivered

I have ordered a Seagate Ultra Touch *TB Extrernal HDD but when package was delivered, I got a Apple Airpods master copy. When I tried to raise a complaint about replacement, they kept asking for details and in the end, they rejected my replacement by saying that they have delivered the correct product. While asking for how they reached to the conclusion about it, they're still not providing any details to me.
