Travolook in - Didnt receive refund

I booked flight ticket from surat to chennai, money got deducted but website shown booking is in process the i receive call from company that airfare has increased so pay extra **** rs to confirm booking but there was no increase in airfare and said if i dont pay extra it will get cancelled and you will be charged for cancellation as server will see request coming from you which i have not done so i said i wont pay any extra money so they cancelled booking and said you will get refund in **-** days. no other platform takes this much time and they didnt mention how will i get refund and no reference id was given for refund. A lot of people have filed same complaint on many other platform. They are fraud asking extra money in the name of increased airfare. They are just looting people. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
