Sreedhar Sambangi filed complaint against Airindia on Apr 25, 2021
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in regard with the Airindia not processing the refund for the cancelled ticket.
I have booked the flight ticket on Aug *, **** with PNR number HYDKE on the name of "Janaki Bongu [e-ticket no: ************* ], Sreedhar Sambangi [e-ticket no: ************* ] and Ishika Sambangi[e-ticket no: ************* ] " . I have cancelled the tickets over the customer support phone and also sent an email to the customer support for processing the refund on Aug **, ****. I was told, I have to wait *-* weeks for the refund to process and same has been mentioned in the email. I reached them back again on Sep ** , Oct *, Oct ** , Nov *, Dec ** and so on, I was only getting one response from them that the refund will be processed with in ** days. Which never happened . I reached out to them again in Jan, Feb and got to know from them that the refund has been processed on Dec **th and the customer support team provided me the transaction numbers as below
Ticket Number - ************* , Name - Janaki Bongu , Refund Transaction Number - ***ct******zc
Ticket Number - ************* , Name - Sreedhar Sambangi , Refund Transaction Number - ***ct******zp
Ticket Number - ************* , Name - Ishika Sambangi , Refund Transaction Number - ***ct********
To my surprise, i never got these funds in to my account and for the same i reached out to them with bank / credit card statement which i have used to purchase these tickets. I would like to proceed with legally and resolve the issue.
