After watching an ad for free consultation by tootshi, I called them up for my dental checkup. After dental check up, their representative gave me price estimate of Rs. **k for dental alignment work.
However, they also told me that there is an offer right now, that if i book now , booking price will be reduced to **k from **k. In the same manner they took booking money from me also and told that if I change up my mind later, they would refund the whole amount within ** days from the date of cancellation.
Due to some personal emergency, i decided not to go for their programe I contacted their representative and informed her to cancel my booking in jan'** . But after constant calling for more than *.* months, i have been telling that my refund will be processed, its pending with approval team, but no one is resolving it. My booking ID Is uid:TSHY-**-**-***** .

I went to tootshi to take treatment of tooth aligners so they have consulted thorough the video call and took the teeth images through WhatsApp and later on they've given us price quotes and the treatment process they told us invisible aligners...

Toothsi - I have cancelled the plan but still not received the refund more than a year Closed
I have about to accept the plan ..and paid the advance as well...later the orthos suggested by the toothsi advised me not to take the plan now ..since there are some issues in my teeth nobility. Hence I cancelled the plan..but still payment ...
