I BOOKED A TICKET ON IXIGO APP ON *TH OF NOVEMBER AT **:** PM, I PAID RS ***.** FOR TRAIN NO. ***** BUT BOOKING FAILED THEY SAID THAT I WILL GET REFUND IN * DAYS, AFTER * DAYS I DIDN'T GET ANY REFUND, TILL NOW THEY ARE SHOWING THEY ALREADY GAVE AND SHOWING SUCCESS IN REFUND SECTION, REGARDING THIS I MET WITH NODAL OFFICER OF MY BANK HE WAS SAYING THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY AMOUNT BUT WHENEVER I TALKED WITH IXIGO ON THEIR APP THEY ALWAYS GAVE ONE COMPUTERIZED RESPONSE PLEASE CONTACT WITH YOUR BANK, SO PLEASE HELP ME.
MY PAYMENT ID IS *XK*XBE*V**RCCL*ZA AND ORDER ID IS IXITR************.
