I ordered * palazos which was combo pack at RS.***. I paid through gpay. I received it and it was not thick as I expected so I decided to return it and they picked it up. I got refund initiated message but didn't get my refund back.
Then i ordered * kurti which was Rs.****. Later I found it shows longer date to deliver so I cancelled and decided to get refund. Same I got refund initiated message but didn't get my refund yet. Kindly help on this.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
