I want to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your OmaxeNovelty Mall Burger King. The mishandling of our payment and subsequent denial of service demonstrated a lack of accountability and customer care.
Regrettably, this incident has left such a negative impression that I can no longer consider Burger King a reliable choice. I intend to share my experience with friends, family, and on social media, advising them to avoid your establishment due to the unsatisfactory service I received.
