I ordered my product OD****************** and found that some important parts are missing in it. So I asked for replacement and Flipkart said that they want * weeks to dispatch it which I agreed. The replacement was send by Gati courier. Gati uploaded wrong tracking details on their website. They were not reachable for one week and when I called their customer care they said that they don't have my product with them although their tracking details showed that they have it. Gati *********. So I cancelled the replacement and asked for refund. Flipkart agreed for refund but they again came up with the ** hours update everytime I call them. Till today I didn't got my refund amount. Item brought from OhmitechRetails on Flipkart a well known brand. But none of them responded so far.
