some days ago i ordered a pair of matrix opti care smooth and straight shampoo...but i got a another product (pair of loreal shampoo)....so I called at flipkart customer care center...then they accepted my concern and accept the replacement policy....but when the wish-master or delivery boy came to replace my product he said that my fmpc number is different than the original product but my order id has matched...then again i called to flipkart customer care center....they told me to wait ...but still i didn't get any response from them and i called them several times but they can't respond me.... I am seriously very disappointed with ilipkart
