Hello!
I've placed an order in Flipkart on **th Apr for **** through my HDFC credit card and also availed a * month EMI. I've cancelled my order on **nd Apr **** due to delay in order and I've also got confirmation from Flipkart as that I'll receive a credit for the same into my card by April **th. However, I haven't received any credit applied on my credit card till today *th May. I've received an email from HDFC bank confirming my * month EMI.
I've called an reported in Flipkart support and they told me the issue will be resolved by May **th since they need to contact their seller as there was a problem. Now, I end up paying my bank for the transaction that I have cancelled. Flipkart is trying to hold my money for almost ** days without any proper reason.
