On **st Feb I had booked bus ( Sam Tourist ) to travel to Ooty from Bangalore Ticket no : TP*Q******** for your reference, **:** PM was my pick up and boarding point was Electronic City Toll gate, I reached boarding point at **:** PM and at **:** I called Sam Tourist ( **********
provided in the ticket ) and He did not pick my call, I called him again at **:** He did not answer, again I called him at **:** , no answer.. at **:** again no answer, **:** again no answer, **:** again no answer .. **:** again no answer, **:** again no answer, Finally at **:** he picked up my call and rudely said Bus is struck in traffic near SilkBoard It may take ** minutes, might take ** minutes , ** minutes u just wait there we will call you once we reach at pick up point and he disconnected the call, I was patiently waiting for his call and Bus as well, I did not get any call back, At **:** again I called him and he did not responded, I called him again at **:** .. and no answer, again called him at **:** again no answer, at **:** He picked up my call and said that Bus has already left from the pick up point and I was shocked to hear that and He even added you did not get any call from the driver ? I replied Bhai I was waiting for your call back and even called you multiple times at least you could have shared the driver number with me I would have called Driver if not you or your driver, and He shared the driver number ********** on call knowing that bus has already left, and then He disconnected the call. I immediately called the driver and they were in Hosur by that time, Driver asked me when you booked the ticket I responded at **:** PM Feb **, He added that sir I did not had your number otherwise I would have called you, Please talk to Office, and driver disconnected the call, I did not had any choice, I finally called RedBus Support ********** and registered complain (Req ID :
********) I waited for ** hours since RedBus backend team was looking into the issue and They have only listened one sided Bus operator so far despite of I explained the truth multiple times on call ********** with redBuddy, and Backend team have come to the conclusion that refund will not be processed, when I am asking for the reason they are saying that Bus driver had called you * times and you did not answer, and truth is I did not get any call from the driver.
Voxya, Please look into this issue If you could do something to get my money back, I can not loose my money ( ****.** ) simply, I have all the evidences will attach the call records if required. Thanks for support.
