Dhruv Modi filed complaint against Medlife on Apr 17, 2020
I’ve placed an order on medlife on ** April ****. The order was a medicine and the order number is OR****AAB-***A. I’ve paid the amount of ₹ *** by online gateway due to COVID-** and medlife promise me to give the order on ** April ****. They even send me text message about delivery of the product on ** April **** that is on Monday but I still didn’t get the delivery and the medicine is important without that medicine I am suffering a lot and their customer care executive is also not responding my call I’ve call them for *-* times but they are not connecting my call to the executive. I want proper recognition and fair decision related to this issue.
