Zest Money - Destroyed my CIBIL score CXO and CC ignoring the case

I had availed * loans in ****. One in April and other in December. I paid the amount and April **** was the last month which after clearing the amount for April '**, they suddenly started claiming that they did not receive the amount. They manager at the time, Rohan Aiyappa took all the details and promised to have it closed but later they called back in later quarter stating that they did not receive the payment for Dec '** loan and when I debated this, their executive told that they have an issue with the merger and recovery team as the money they received have been untraceable and that my account will be closed. Now these bastards have destroyed my CIBIL report and and asking me to pay the fine (not for the any loan but just for the same of it to close the loan) and I also paid **** again after which they repeated the same story shamelessly that they did not receive the amount. I wrote an email and their CC and CXO responded asking for time but now they have been ignoring after I gave them enough of time. I need to compensate the amount the same amount they claimed be due along additional ₹**,*** to compensate for the damage they have done.
